Ultrasorter Size 30 Tailings Screen by Black Clawson . New 2000. 316L Stainless Steel Construction. Belt driven 50 HP 1200 RPM motor. 2 ½% Maximum feed consistency. Approximately 30 BDTPD but capacity will vary according to the specific application. 6" (152mm) Inlet plate flange and 8" (203mm) accepts plate flange. Equipped with a screenplate with conically drilled holes. Can be used in a paper machine approach system secondary fiber screening or in a pulp mill screening system.

Beloit 44" 304 SS Model 4996 Belcor detrasher. 250HP V-Belt Drive. Manufactured 1981. Chamber capacity approximately 90 Cu. Ft. (2.55 cu.m.). Low profile impeller. Extraction plate with 5/32" (3.97mm) diameter holes. 8" (203mm) inlet 14" (356mm) outlet 6" (152mm) drain and 6" (152mm) heavy rejects openings. Designed for 275 TPD (249MTPD) 3 - 3 ½ % consistency but capable of doing up to 465 tpd (421 MTPD) depending on the application.
